When there is reason to believe that a company or individual has violated Alabama state laws or rules, the ASC will begin an investigation. Sometimes these investigations result in enforcement actions (also known as "administrative" actions). Enforcement actions taken by the ASC are posted to the website and can be found below by clicking on the corresponding years.  While not every action will have a news release, any news for these Administrative Actions can be found in our News section.
